DasBOL
DasBOL provides data services for the SBOL ecosystem. It exposes useful information in SBOL format through a RESTful interface, providing infrastructure for new synthetic biology tools.
Currently DasBOL provides the following services:
- mapping Chemical Entities of Biological Interest (ChEBI) to SBOL documents
- resolving Sequence Ontology terms to SBOL visual glyphs
- converting FASTA sequences to SBOL documents
