VisBOL - visualisation library for synthetic biology designs
VisBOL is a JavaScript library for the visualisation of the Synthetic Biology Open Language (SBOL) genetic designs. It uses uses the graphical notation defined by the SBOL Visual specification. The designs can be exported as publication quality images (in SVG or PNG format).
The full SBOL support in VisBOL enables the data integration with existing services in the SBOL ecosystem such as the Virtual Parts Repository.
VisBOL was designed to be easily embedded in lab websites, blogs, forums etc. It currently supports generation of designs from SBOL documents, Pigeon notation and GenBank features.
