The computational challenges of reconstructing the human immune system using single cell transcriptomics

In my lab, I have used functional genomics, comparative biology, and more recently single cell RNA sequencing, to reconstruct the human immune system. In this talk, I will discuss the bioinformatic tools and pipelines for analysing single cell RNA sequencing datasets generated from the developing human immune organs.
