ReopTrial: in-silico drug re-purposing

In this talk, I will present an overview of our approach to building a computational pipeline for integrating multiple data sources. The final aim of the integrated dataset is to facilitate the discovery of gene-disease-drug interactions, that may be of use for re-positioning existing drugs to treat different diseases. The last 6 months has seen a considerable amount of software engineering work, so the talk will focus on our experiences with data management and integration with Neo4j.
